I have eaten at many Panera's and seek them out when traveling since they are normally quick, friendly and have reliable quality. I'll admit the food was good, but that is were the story ends. The guy who took the order talked so slow and I don't think ever made eye contact. I thought he would fall asleep while taking my order. We ordered a pasta dish, six bagels (sliced) and cream cheese (plain). Even though I ordered sliced and plain cream cheese he asked me once more on the bagels and twice on the type of cream cheese. When we got home, the bagels were not sliced! Another employee had their phone by the register next to us. It rang and she answered it without even moving away. Another employee near the bakery asked a peer for help ( since the guy was just standing there doing nothing) and his loud reply was "FO SHUR!" Many customers turned and looked. While we waited and waited for the food, employes were singing loudly, standing around; not professional at all. When I went to the back counter to check on my food I could see how dirty the place was. Food scraps all over. Disgusting! It's three in the afternoon, more employees than customers and no one thinks to clean up? Ugh! I will not go to this location ever again.

Food is amazing, service is pretty quick, price is reasonable! Just got back from there and even though it was crowded, the line moved very quickly... If you get a meal, get any of their desserts for only $0.99! I love the Chocolate Croissants! (they call them chocolate pastry by the way), it totally reminds me of the pastries in France, no joke!

I have really experienced better. The new visit had a simple problem with their signage. The "you pick 2" promotion isn't really clear. Stopping in for lunch for two people shouldn't have cost close to $20 (total). We thought that the price listed for the promotion was the total price. Man we we wrong. You pay full price (they claim it actually costs less... Almost subsidized) for each item you want. Soup and salad? You are looking at 9 bucks and the salad was a full salad. Half a panini and soup? Same situation. Add a drink to either one, and there goes your grocery or gas money this week. Good thing we had water! When did it get so expensive? No one in my party (of 3) realised we all paid full price for what we thought would be "a good deal" until we sat down. Sure we asked why so much, but we were told you pay for each item. No other explanation. The other promotion they offer is a flip flop shaped cookie for 99¢. You have to read the fine print to see that it is 99¢ if you purchase a meal AND a drink. Otherwise pay $2.29 for this two bite snack. And here, I loved their tomato basil bread.... That price has jacked up too!

Was in the area shopping when lunch time hunger pangs had us looking for a quick place to grab a late breakfast. Spotted Panera bread and knew we found the spot to fill our needs. Ordered the egg with avocado and spinach on a sprouted bagel with a latte. Hit the spot. My companion enjoyed her asiago bagel with bacon egg and cheese. This location also has a drive thru.

I am an avid Panera fan usually. I have been to Panera all over the country. Maine Massachusetts New Hampshire Florida New Jersey New York Arizona California ect...... This is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. Veggies were not fresh. Portion size ridiculously small. Cesear salad was not made the way "Panera" makes it, soup was cold. Awful awful awful!!!! I actually wrote a letter to Panera about it that was how up set I was. Panera is usually my health got to when I am on the run. But this one I would run away from!

Food has gotten a little better but the restaurant is disgustingly dirty and the staff don't know what they are doing

I was traveling, and decided to stop here for lunch. The good tasted great, they were very busy, but still managed to get my food to me in less then 10 minutes! I was very please. I LOVE panera, and this one was a good stop and go lunch place.

I am very disappointed with Panera Bread. I have been dinning at Panera Bread for years but I have never ordered at a drive-thru until today. I ordered the you pick 2 salad and soup. I paid the normal price but the potions I got were extremely smaller than normal. I understand that the pick 2 option is half of one item and half of another item, but the salad I order was 1/4 the size. I feel cheated out of the meal that I paid for. I have never written a review before but I felt that I had to say something about their misrepresentation. Just because someone uses a drive-thru does not mean that they should be deprived of the portion size that they paid for. I have been inside the Panera Bread before and always had a wonderful experience. The staff is very polite and the food tastes good. I just don't recommended anyone every use the drive-thru at any Panera Bread until they fix this issue. On top of everything else, I just finally took a bite of my salad and it doesn't have any salad dressing on it at all and I also found multiple pieces of chicken in my GREEK SALAD that should not have been there. Now I'm am not vegetarian but that is still unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with Panera Bread and will be warning everyone I know.

So I found myself a bit peckish and moseyed on in into this establishment to consume some tasty comestibles. It was at this time that I utilized their self ordering system on what seem to be an Apple based hardware and software, once I selected the food items that I would consume, it asked if I would like anything to be specifically done with the food, being the modern gentleman I am, I could not refuse this offer. Therefore I wrote in this column that the food should be served whilst wearing an Emperor Penguin costume and playing a kazoo, I thought this to be a reasonable request. Apparently it wasn't. Once my food was served to me I noticed something was dearly wrong, I pecked at the food but could not find the fault, then it came to me. The server was wearing business casual attire, I did not request business casual attire, I requested an Emperor Penguin costume whilst playing a kazoo, I could not believe they would outrightly disrespect my people in such a manner. I thought our nation was better than this, I mean, we can do better people. When Columbus founded this nation after sailing for years on the Magna Carta, he didn't envision that it would become like this. I mean c'mon people, really? Is this really what we deserve? It's those filthy bourgeoisie I tell you, they're doing this. We need to take back our Republic, starting with food. Yes, I know I'm asking a lot of you, but if we really want a nation where our children will feel safe, sacrifices must be made, if you believe this is your fight, then stand with me, stand with your brothers in arms who will fight until barbarians are driven back to the Panera Breads from which they came, but more than all, fight for Athens. Overall, the food was pretty decent. 3/5.

Food and atmosphere are great. I have small meeting here weekly and there is plenty of room for my party.

Dirty tables, cooks that were arguing enough for anyone to hear, cashiers that were fight NOT to help anyone. Substandard location for a brand I've come to trust. Poorly managed it seems.

I come here for a quiet place to do homework. I sit in the quieter area to the left of the bakery. I can't enjoy coffee at the library. At lunch time it is hard to get a seat but that tells you they're doing something right. Prices are a bit high knowing the soups are pre-made and delivered in plastic bags then heated up for serving (also a bit salty). There are certainly food items from healthy to gluttonous. You just have to make the right decisions in ordering. Now all the calories are listed on their menu board. Free Wifi.

Dirtiest Panera I have ever seen -- really the only DIRTY Panera I've even seen. The kitchen is a disaster, floors are covered in crumbs, the tables are all dirty and the seats are ripped. I love Panera but will not be back to this location.

I've stopped into this Panera a handful of times and it's fine. Everything is prepared quickly and the dining area is kept tidy.

On my last visit we had a small problem and i was given a $6.00 credit by Matt (manager) to use next time. I went today and ordered the Turkey and avacado and a tea, the sandwich was perfect and the manager on duty comped the whole meal. i really left with a good taste in my mouth. Pun intended...

Very disappointed in this location. Poor customer service at drive thru. Always out of something. Can't even ask for a variety of bagels at drive thru. No bread bowls for soup today!!! Left drive thru & went straight to Boston Market!

We went at 4:30 for dinner. The food was very tasty but rather expensive for half a sandwich and soup for two.. $26.00. but that is just Panera bread. The server who brought the food was efficient but no personality..no smile. Here is your food and plunk down on the table. Watching her clean tables with a quick swipe with a dirty gray rag explained the general dirtiness of the whole place. Our table was sticky and the booth had debris under and behind the seats and was very tacky. If we did not have a gift card remaining..we would not go here again.

The sandwich was good, the food was fresh. REALLY crowded. I felt it was overpriced. My complaint is with the near-sighted young lady who was supposed to deliver my meal to me when it was ready. I had a number clearly set upon my table, but I could track her progress as she slowly meandered her way through each dining area, looking only at the tables in her immediate vicinity, not glancing up at nearby tables to see if they had the desired number. I finally got up and followed her around til I was close enough to speak to her, asked if she had #90, "yes," she said, so I said "that's mine." I took the meal and walked the entire length of the restaurant back to my table, which I was surprised was still available. Glad I caught her before she went outside...she was headed toward the patio. I was clearly annoyed but she did not apologize. The place was not real clean, there was something running down the wall...it was gross. Oh yeah. There was a tentacle of pickle on my plate. AARRGGGH! Do I have to say NO PICKLE by default? DAMN!
